    Minimum Night Stay:
    Two-night minimum stay required year round.
    Three-night minimum stay required December 22 - January 4.

    Taxes:
    Room rates do not include 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 8.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Transient Accommodations Tax increases to 9.25% on July 1, 2010. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

    Deposit Policy:
    A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of the first night room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking.

    Cancellation Policy:
    A reservation must be canceled 3 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the first night room rate plus tax.

    Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy
    Applies to dates of stay December 22 - January 4. A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of 2 nights room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking. A reservation must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival for full refund of deposit.
